Mikey opened The Chop Shop Barber Shop in 2015, building an Asheville shop around traditional barbering, current styles, and a welcoming experience for the whole family.
Holiday hours can vary with staffing and are usually confirmed about a week ahead. Call or check the booking page before a holiday visit.
Appointments are preferred. Walk-ins are welcome when a barber is available.
Free parking is available in the shop's parking lot.
Cash is preferred. Card and digital payment options vary by barber, and an ATM is available inside the shop.
The shop is wheelchair accessible.
The first-haircut experience includes a keepsake bag of hair, first-haircut trophy, Hot Wheels car, and sucker.
